I’m Sean and for the last 35 years, I have lead Research and Development organisations in some of the most respected and successful global Food & Beverage companies.

My time as a senior executive has been spent living in many countries around the world, and leading in many rich and varied cultures and contexts.

As a leader, I benefited greatly from the world class leaders I worked with. I was fortunate to have some great coaches who helped me grow as a leader when I needed it most.

I’ve learnt what it takes to be a caring, inspiring and impactful leader in a rapidly changing and dynamic world.

Leaders face more change than ever before - from new generations with changing values, organisational transformation, disruptive innovation and technology to geopolitical conflict and the environment.

Time and again, I’ve seen successful managers struggle to become the influential and impactful leaders they know they can be. It’s not unusual to see these leaders feeling overwhelmed with their responsibilities and the situations they find themselves in.

I understand how challenging it can be to grow and develop as a leader in today’s environment, and why it has never been more important to create an empowering environment where individuals and teams are engaged and energised.
